- Performs meet and
greet, embarkation and disembarkation activities in a professional
manner ensuring that passenger's initial contact with the cruise
line representatives is a positive experience. High School Diploma
or equivalent and 1 year of Customer Service and English
communication skills required. Excellent Customer Service and PC
knowledge required.

Representative / Expeditor - engaging
in the embarkation and disembarkation of the cruise ships, which
consists of computerized check-in and customer service.
Responsible for meeting and greeting arriving cruise line
passengers and transferring them to their destinations, including
various hotels, airports, and ships.

daily assignments as outlined in Collective Bargaining Agreement
and policies and procedures. Act as first line of supervisors to
Drivers. Assist in providing needed information and tools for
Drivers to complete their assignments. Communicate with all other
departments regarding customer!&s needs as related to
dispatching operations. Execute random testing as required by
Department of Transportation regulations and company policies.
Respond to customer inquiries and needs when support departments
are unavailable. Complete all reports and necessary documentation
regarding operations including reporting equipment needs failures
and requests to maintenance. Interact with Safety department
regarding Driver compliance with DOT regulations and company
policy. Maintain and continually update driver!&s records
including uniform distribution, days off, and sick time etc.
Research seasonal needs for forecasting purposes. Keep calendars
and reports up to date to ensure driver communication and
understanding. Other duties as assigned by management team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assigns motorcoach drivers and
equipment to charters, tours and sightseeing
- Ensures timely and cost efficient
charter and tour operations.
- Assist in monitoring driver's
compliance with Department of Transportation regulations;
- Supervises and monitors
availability of part-time drivers
- Handles heavy volume of telephone
calls.
Job Qualifications:
- Previous experience as dispatcher
preferred
- Knowledge of personal computers to
include Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under constantly
changing positions
- Must be available for weekends,
nights, and holidays as needed
- Ability to coordinate schedules
with drivers/motorcoaches and handle unexpected changes.
