- Call Centre Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the call centre team and
maximise the service level to the customers.
- Handle complaints and disputes.
- Implement and improve the call
centre processes.

Requirements:
- Degree / professional
qualifications or equivalent experience in
managing reservations, call centre or customer service
environment
- At least 5 years' relevant working
experience in call centre and
customer service with minimum 3 years' in supervisory role.
- Proficient in both oral &
written English. Knowledge of Spanish or other foreign
languages will be an added advantage.

Manager -
lead and manage the Sales Team in all aspect of sales
matters.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' of sales
experience in a senior position.
- Good contact with Tour Operators,
NTO and Airlines.
- Sound knowledge with travel
product and familiar with outbound
product packaging.
- Have experience in formulating
marketing plan and with creative
marketing concept.
- Have good supervisory skill and
able to drive a group of sales team
and good management skill.
- Proficient in both oral &
written English.
- Reservations
Supervisor - monitor, evaluate
and develop Vacation Planners, to meet or exceed the department's
standards in Sales, Customer Service and Attendance. They will be
responsible for communicating new procedures and enforcing
adherence. The Supervisor is responsible for communicating on a
continual basis with their subordinates as well as the Manager and
Director of Reservations. College degree
preferred, two - fours years of previous Call Center Supervisor
experience required. Cruise line and / or travel industry
experience preferred. Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
software required. Strong coaching, motivational and team building
skills required. Excellent customer relations and communication
skills are required.
- Cruise
Assistance Desk Representative (Outbound Sales)
- sell available inventory for the cruise line product line
by making outgoing telemarketing calls to past passengers,
potential new customers and/or travel agents. Some
college preferred. Must have a minimum of 1 year outbound
telemarketing experience. PC literacy preferred. Must have
excellent communications and sales skills.
- Inside Sales
Representative - position requires at least one year
previous customer service and PC experience in a multi-task fast
paced work environment. Must also have excellent English written,
verbal, interpersonal and telephone communication skills, plus a
professional appearance. You must also be highly motivated,
adaptable to change and able to analyze, evaluate and solve
problems. Inside Sales Representatives’ responsibilities include
in-house support to outside Sales Representatives. Each Inside
Sales Representative is personally responsible for overseeing all
endeavors of three outside Sales Reps. This involves heavy
telephone contact with travel agents, typing correspondence and
assisting travel agents with problem resolution. Must also be able
to work overtime and occasional weekends and type at least 30 wpm;
plus a proficiency level of at least 40% on MS Word. High school
diploma or equivalent required; college a plus.
- Reservations
Sales Agent - position begins with an intensive five-week
training program during which the employee is paid full wages. The
work hours during training are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through
Friday. After successful completion of training, the employee will
be assigned a 40-hour work week. Individuals must be flexible and
able to work day and evening shifts including weekends. To
successfully complete reservations training, employees must
maintain a 90% average or better on tests throughout the training
program. The primary function of a Reservations Sales Agent is to
answer incoming calls from Travel Agents regarding new and
existing bookings. Must have excellent English verbal
communications skills, and an outgoing and enthusiastic phone
manner. This position entails VERY HEAVY PHONE WORK. High school
diploma or equivalent work experience is also required.
- Imaging Indexer -
position requires basic skills in using windows based
software for the electronic filing and distribution of Fax and
mail correspondence and other similar job related duties.
Applicant should have a strong attention to detail, extreme
accuracy, research skills and the ability to work in a multi-task,
fast paced environment.
